Movable Quarter Glass

REMOVAL
1. Remove the quarter window garnish moulding.







2. Remove the two body side glass latch bolts.
3. Remove the quarter latch pillar upper finish panel.







4. Support the body side glass and remove the two body side glass hinge nuts.

CAUTION: Support the body side glass before removing the two body side glass hinge nuts. If the body side glass is not supported, it may fall and break or cause damage to the vehicle.

5. Remove the body side glass from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the body side glass in vehicle.







2. Install the two body side glass hinge nuts. Tighten the body side glass hinge nuts to 3.8-4.5 N.m (34-40 Lb-In).







3. Install the two body side glass latch bolts. Tighten the two body side glass latch bolts to 3.8-4.5 N-m (34-40 Lb-In).
4. Adjust the body side glass.
5. Install the quarter latch pillar upper finish panel.
6. Install the quarter window garnish moulding.
