Air Deflector, Roof

REMOVAL
1. Remove the roof opening panel.
2. Remove the roof opening panel motor.







3. Move the lifter arm pins rearward.







4. Slide the lifter arm assembly rearward.







5. Remove the two air deflector screws.







6. Release the two air deflector arms.







7. Squeeze the air deflector blades together and slide forward to remove.

INSTALLATION







1. Squeeze the air deflector blades together and snap the air deflector assembly into place.







2. Install the air deflector arms.







3. Install the air deflector screws.







4. Slide the lifter arm assembly forward.







5. Slide the lifter arms pins rearward until they are between the timing marks.
6. Connect the electrical connector.

NOTE: The roof opening panel should be in the closed position.

7. With the motor still removed, bump the switch one time only towards the close or vent open position.







8. Position the roof opening panel motor and install the bolts.
9. Install the roof opening panel.
10. Check the roof opening panel for normal operation.
