NOTE:
DUE TO MODIFICATIONS MADE BY THE MOTORHOME MANUFACTURERS, THE FOLLOWING SERVICE PROCEDURE IS GENERAL IN CONTENT.

1. Position out of the way or remove the engine cover.





2. Disconnect the fresh air tubes from the clean air tube. Disconnect the clean air tube from the throttle body. See Figure 4.

3. Remove the snow shield from the throttle body. See Figure 4.





4. On vehicles that have not been disabled, disconnect the speed control cable from the throttle body cam. See Figure 5.

5. Disconnect the speed control cable from the accelerator bracket and all routing clips.





6. Disconnect the clean air tube from the elbow. See Figure 6.

7. From inside of the vehicle, remove the clean air tube.

8. From outside of the vehicle, position the flexible bulkhead splash shield away from the speed control servo.

9. Disconnect the speed control cable from the speed control servo. Then remove the cable from the vehicle.

10. Connect a new speed control cable to the speed control servo.

11. Position the flexible bulkhead splash shield back into the installed position.

12. Install the clean air tube.

13. Connect the clean air tube to the elbow.

14. Connect the speed control cable to all routing clips and the accelerator bracket.

15. Connect the speed control cable to the throttle body cam.

16. Install the snow shield to the throttle body.

17. Connect the clean air tube to the throttle body. Then connect the fresh air tubes.

18. Position into place or install the engine cover.
