P0130 - Heated O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)

The HO2S-11 circuit is monitored by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The test fails when the voltage from the sensor is consistently approximately 0.3 Volt.

Possible Causes:
- HO2S-11 circuit is open
- HO2S-11 circuit is shorted to GND
- HO2S-11 sensor

Diagnostic Aids:
The O2S-11 PID should vary between 0-0.3 Volts and 0.6-1.0 Volts while the engine is operating at 2000 rpm. Also a change from rich to lean should occur more than 5 times during a period of 10 seconds at an engine speed of 2000 rpm.
