P0134 - O2 Sensor CKT No Activity Detected (Bank 1, Sensor 1)

The HO2S-11 circuit is monitored by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The test fails when an excessively high voltage from the HO2S-11 is sent to the PCM.

Possible Causes:
- The HO2S-11 circuit is open
- The HO2S-11 circuit is shorted to VPWR
- Front HO2S

Diagnostic Aids:
The O2S-11 PID should vary between 0-0.3 Volts and 0.6-1 Volts with the engine running at 2000 rpm.
