Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the system.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
^ Door lock key cylinders
^ Loose hood anti-theft switch

Electrical
^ Central Junction Box (CJB) fuses:
- Fuse F20 (30 A)
- Fuse F35 (10 A)
- Fuse F49 (10 A)
- Fuse F52 (10 A)
^ Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuses:
- Fuse F4 (7.5 A)
^ Circuit breaker 1 (18 A)
^ Circuit
^ Connectors
^ Luggage compartment lamp switch
^ Door courtesy lamp switches

3. If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
