Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the power door, sliding door, and liftgate door locks.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
^ Binding door lock actuator assembly
^ Door lock cylinder
^ Misaligned door
^ Binding lock rod bell crank

Electrical
^ Fuse junction panel fuse:
- F53 (15 A)
- F52 (10 A)
- F58 (10 A)
^ Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse:
- F4 (7.5 A)
- F20 (30 A)
^ Circuit breaker 1.
^ Wiring harness.
^ Damaged or corroded connector(s).
^ Door lock/unlock switch.
^ Door lock actuator assembly.
^ Door lock/unlock switch. SEC/timer module.
