1. Verify the customer concern by operating the exterior rear view mirrors.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

^ Central Junction Box (CJB) Fuse:
- F30 (10 A)
- F52 (10 A)
- F53 (15 A)
^ Battery Junction Box (BJB) Fuse F20 (30 A)
^ Circuitry
^ Damaged or corroded connectors
^ Exterior power mirror adjust switch
^ Exterior rear view mirror
^ Memory set switch
^ Driver Seat Module (DSM)
