Front Bucket Seat

DISASSEMBLY







1. Remove the headrest.







2. Unhook the armrest trim cover.







3. Remove the armrest.
1 Remove the E-clip.
2 Remove the armrest.







4. Unhook the seat back trim cover J-clip.







5. Remove the headrest guide sleeves.
1 Squeeze the tabs together.
2 Remove the headrest guide sleeves.

NOTE: Seat back trim cover and cushion removed for clarity.







6. Remove the seat back trim cover and foam.







7. Remove the lumbar support adjuster handle.
1 Remove the screw.
2 Remove the lumbar support adjuster handle.

NOTE: The lumbar support must be in the relaxed position before the handle is removed.







8. Remove the inboard seat cushion trim cover.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the inboard trim cover.







9. Disconnect the lumbar support adjuster.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Disconnect the lumbar support adjuster.







10. Remove the cable ties.







11. Remove the lumbar support.
1 Release the four pin-type retainers.
2 Remove the lumbar support.







12. Remove the seat back frame.
1 Remove the four bolts.
2 Remove the seat back frame.

ASSEMBLY







1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
