Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the power seats.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage. Refer to the following chart:

^ Power seat motor assembly
^ Lumbar actuator cable

Electrical
^ Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse:
- F20 (30 A)
^ Central Junction Box (CJB) Fuse:
- F53 (15 A)
^ Circuit breaker 2
^ DSM
^ Power seat motor assembly
^ Memory set switch
^ Position sensor
^ Connectors or corroded connections
^ Wiring harness

3. If the concern is not visually evident, proceed to Symptom Chart to continue diagnostics. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
