1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of electrical damage.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
^ Central Junction Box (CJB) Fuses F53 (15 A), F52 (10 A), F35 (10 A).
^ Battery Junction Box (BJB) Fuse F4 (7.5 A).
^ Circuitry.
^ Damaged or corroded connectors.
^ Smart Entry Control (SEC)/timer module.
^ Door ajar switches.
^ Lamps.

3. If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
4. If the concern is not visually evident, verify the symptom and refer to the Symptom Chart. Interior Lighting
