1. Verify the customer concern by operating the system.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
^ Damaged multifunction switch
^ Damaged flasher module
^ Damaged hazard warning flasher switch
^ Damaged bulb

Electrical
^ Blown Central Junction Box (CJB) fuse:
- F41 (10 A)
- F49 (10 A)
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Loose or corroded connections
^ Damaged bulb

3. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart. Turn Signal, Cornering, and Hazard Lamps
