C: Driver Air Bag Module Circuit (Fault Code 2)
Normal OperationThe air bag diagnostic monitor tests all monitored circuits for unexpected conditions. When the monitor finds an unexpected condition on the driver air bag module circuit it will set Lamp Fault Code (LFC) 2 and activate the air bag warning indicator.
Possible Causes
A driver air bag module circuit fault could be caused by:
- circuitry.
- worn or damaged driver air bag module.
- air bag diagnostic monitor.
