Parts will not be direct shipped for this program. Order your parts requirement through normal order processing channels.

In rare cases where the liftgate glass is damaged due to a mis-aligned liftgate glass bracket, please order your replacement glass through normal order processing channels. Claim "MT' time or "OSL" (Outside Labor) for the glass replacement. Install glass and perform torque procedure. Claim labor operation O1TO2B. Glass replacement can be submitted on same repair.
