Stabilizer Bar and Link

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the wheel and tire assemblies.





2. Remove the two nuts and the two stabilizer bar links.
^ Discard the nuts.





3. Remove the four nuts, two brackets and the two bushings.
^ Discard the nuts.





4. Remove the bolts and position the brake caliper aside.

5. CAUTION: Do not damage the boot while separating the ball joint from the knuckle.





Remove the nut and bolt and detach the RH upper ball joint from the wheel knuckle.
^ Discard the nut.





6. Unclip the fuel line from the fuel tank.





7. From the RH side of the vehicle, remove the stabilizer bar.

8. NOTE: Inspect and, if necessary, install new bushings.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
