Front Bucket

REMOVAL







1. Remove the outboard front bucket seat riser trim panel.
1 Remove the four pin-type connectors.
2 Remove the seat riser trim cover.







2. Remove the safety belt buckle bolt cover.







3. Position the safety belt buckle aside.
1 Remove the bolt.
2 Position the safety belt buckle aside.







4. Remove the inboard front bucket seat riser trim cover.
1 Remove the four pin-type connectors.
2 Remove the inboard trim cover.

NOTE: If equipped, it may be necessary to reposition the lumbar support adjuster handle.

5. Position the seat forward.







6. Remove the seat track rear bolts.
7. Position the seat rearward.
8. If equipped with power seats, disconnect the battery ground cable.







9. If equipped, disconnect the power seat module to seat electrical connector.







10. Remove the front bucket seat.
1 Remove the seat track front bolts.
2 Remove the front bucket seat.

INSTALLATION

















1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: When the battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the vehicle relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16 km (10 mi) or more to relearn the strategy.
