Normal Operation
Under normal operation, the steering wheel control switch receives a ground from the PCM through circuit 848 (DG/OG). The DATC module senses the resistance (depending on what button is pressed) from the steering wheel control switch through circuit 833 (TN).

Possible Causes
- An open in circuit 848 (DG/OG) or 833 (TN).
- A short to ground or voltage in circuit 833 (TN).
- Steering wheel control switch.
- DATC module.
- PCM.
- Clockspring.
