Normal Operation
Under normal operation the powertrain control module (PCM) sends signals to the speed control actuator which receives the signals and adjusts the step-up motor inside the speed control actuator, depending on the various inputs it has received.

Possible Causes
- circuit 133 (BK) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 203 (OG/LB) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 203 (OG/LB) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 203 (OG/LB) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 810 (RD/LG) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- circuit 1140 (VT) open, shorted to ground
- PCM
- speed control actuator
- speed control deactivator switch
- speed control cable
