Normal Operation
Vehicle speed information is sent to the instrument cluster by the powertrain control module (PCM) over the standard corporate protocol (SCP) communication network, circuits 914 (TN/OG) and 915 (PK/LB). The instrument cluster Will set DTC U1123 if it fails to receive the odometer rolling count data from the PCM over the SCP network. The instrument cluster will set DTC U1041 if the instrument cluster fails to receive speed input data from the PCM over the SCP network.
