Normal Operation
The PSD detent switch circuit 1227 (WH) is monitored by the PSD module for a momentary ground contact signaling the rear latch is released. Circuit 1227 (WH) is monitored through the sliding door contacts and will open when the contacts separate. As the power sliding door is opened, the position sensor on the motor is used to monitor the power sliding door movement and position. If the PSD module detects movement in the PSD motor position sensor and not in the PSD detent switch (only in self test after initialization), DTC B2238 is set.
