Normal Operation
When the LPSDM receives a open/close command from the overhead console switch, B-pillar switch or from the remote keyless entry; it checks for the required ground signal on circuit 1428 (GY/BK). This ground is provided by the fuel door interlock switch when it is in the closed position.

Possible Causes
- circuit 1428 (GY/BK) short to ground
- fuel door interlock switch
- LPSDM
