Normal Operation
If the ignition voltage is not between 10 - 16 volts for more for 3 seconds and the vehicle speed is greater than 4.8 km/h (3 mph), DTC B1317 or B1318 will be set.

Possible Causes
^ circuit 601 (LB/PK) high resistance
^ ABS module
^ charging system
