20 Percent, Second Row
REAR SEAT BACKREST - 20 PERCENT, SECOND ROWDISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the second row, 20 percent seat.
2. Remove the second row, 20 percent seat backrest.
3. Disassemble the parts in the order listed in the illustration and table.
Item 3: Release Handle Bezel Disassembly Note
1. Pull out and up at the rear of the release handle bezel to release the rear retainer.
2. At the front of the seat, push the material down, release the retainer and remove the release handle bezel.
Item 4: Head Restraint Sleeves Disassembly Note
1. NOTE:
- The inboard and outboard head restraint sleeves are not interchangeable.
- The head restraint sleeves incorporate an alignment tab that must face forward when installed.
Squeeze together the tip of the head restraint sleeve and pull the sleeve out of the frame tube.
Item 5: Backrest Trim Cover Disassembly Note
1. CAUTION: Use care when separating the seat upholstery from the hook and loop strip, or the hook and loop strip can be torn from the seat backrest foam pad.
Separate the hook and loop fasteners.
Item 6: Release Handle Disassembly Note
1. Remove the two screws and release the J-clip from the release handle.
ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
Item 11: Backrest Frame Support Panel Assembly Note
1. Route the release handle cable between the backrest frame support panel and the backrest frame before putting the two together.
Install the cable into the holder.
