Test A: DTC B1365 Ignition Start Circuit Short to Battery

PINPOINT TEST A: DTC B1365 IGNITION START CIRCUIT SHORT TO BATTERY

CAUTION: Use the correct probe adapter(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adapter(s) may damage the connector.

Normal Operation
The ignition switch receives fused battery voltage from the bussed electrical center (BEC) fuse 64 (20A) circuit 1050 (LG/VT) and fuse 67 (20A) circuit 1118 (RD) The SJB receives voltage from the ignition switch on circuits 297 (BK/LG), 1044 (WH/YE), 1522 (DG), and 1717 (VT/OG). When placed in the START position, the ignition switch provides voltage to the SJB on circuit 1522 (DG).
