Normal Operation
When the parking brake is applied, voltage on circuit 162 (LG/RD) is pulled low. This low signal is interpreted by the DRL module as a command to turn of the daytime running lamps.
Possible Causes
- Circuit 162 (LG/RD) short to power
- Parking brake switch
- DRL module
