Normal Operation
With the remote keyless entry (RKE) keypad illumination activated, the vehicle security module supplies voltage to circuit 66 (LB) to illuminate the RKE keypad. The keypad is grounded through circuit 1205 (BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit 66 (LB) open or short to ground
- circuit 1205 (BK) open
- RKE keypad
- vehicle security module
