Normal Operation
Under normal operation, the steering column multifunction switch receives ground through 1302 (WH/LG). The windshield wiper motor receives input from the steering column multifunction switch through circuit 1300 (VT) to operate the MIST wiper function.

Possible Causes
- Open in circuits 1300 (VT) or 1302 (WH/LG)
- Inoperative steering column multifunction switch
- Inoperative windshield wiper motor
