Lubricate
    Ball Joint
      Lubricate ball joints and steering linkage, if equipped with zerk fittings.
Inspect
    Vehicle
      Perform Multi-Point Inspection (Recommended by Ford) Refer to Routine Service.
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect steering linkage, ball joints, suspension and, if equipped, half shafts, driveshaft and U-joints.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust system and heat shields.
    Cooling System
      Inspect engine cooling system and hoses.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake lines, hoses, and parking brake system.
Replace
    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve
      Replace PCV valve on all light trucks under 6,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight (except 3V engines). Replace PCV valve on all light trucks under 6,000 lbs. Gross vehicle weight (except 3V engines).
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fuel Filter
    Fluid Filter - A/T
      Replace the remote filter element on vehicles equipped with the Torqshift transmission.
    Fluid - M/T
      Change manual transmission fluid.
    Fluid - A/T
      Change automatic transmission fluid on vehicles equipped with Torqshift and 4R100 transmissions. Inspect automatic transmission/transaxle fluid on all other vehicles if equipped with a dipstick.
    Engine Oil
      Or every 6 months whichever occurs first.
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Replace cabin air filter if equipped.
    Air Filter Element
      Replace engine air filter.
Clean/Repack
    Wheel Bearing
      Lubricate 4x2 front wheel bearings, replace grease seals and adjust (if not equipped with sealed bearings).
Rotate
    Tires
      Inspect tires for wear and rotate.
