PINPOINT TEST F: THE REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY (RKE) KEYPAD ILLUMINATION IS INOPERATIVE

Normal Operation
With the RKE keypad illumination activated, the smart junction box (SJB) supplies voltage to circuit CPK28 (WH) to illuminate the RKE keypad. Circuit CKP 28 changes to (GN/BK) at the RKE keypad. The RKE keypad illumination is grounded through circuit GD133 (BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit CPK28 (GN/BK) (RKE keypad) open or short to ground
- circuit CPK28 (WH) (SJB) open or short to ground
- circuit GD133 (BK) open
- RKE keypad
- SJB
