Normal Operation
The SJB receives voltage from the battery junction box (BJB) on circuit SBB03 (BU/RD) and ground on circuit GD108 (BK/VT) The diagnostic tool communicates with the SJB using the medium speed controller area network (CAN), circuits VDB06 (GY/OG) and circuit VDB07 (VT/OG).

Possible Causes
- fuse(s)
- circuit GD108 (BK/VT) open
- circuit SBB03 (BU/RD) open
