Removal and Installation
40 percent seat
1. Lower the backrest and position the seat to the E-Z entry position.
2. Remove the 40 percent seat.
1 Remove the mounting plate-to-floor front bolt.
- To install, apply threadlock and tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
2 Remove the 2 rubber stud caps.
3 Remove the 2 mounting plate-to-floor nuts.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
4 Remove the 2 mounting plate-to-floor rear bolts.
- To install, apply threadlock and tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
5 Remove the 40 percent seat.
60 percent seat
3. Lower the backrest and position the seat to the E-Z entry position.
4. Remove the 60 percent seat.
1 Remove the mounting plate-to-floor front inboard bolt.
- To install, apply threadlock and tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
2 Remove the mounting plate-to-floor front outboard bolt.
- To install, apply threadlock and tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
3 Remove the 2 rubber stud caps.
4 Remove the 2 mounting plate-to-floor nuts.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
5 Remove the 4 mounting plate-to-floor rear bolts.
- To install, apply threadlock and tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
6 Remove the 60 percent seat.
All seats
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- When installing any seat-to-floor bolts or studs, apply threadlock.
- Make sure the safety belt and buckles are accessible to the occupants after installation.
