Lubricate
    Steering and Suspension
      Lube front lower control arm and steering linkage ball joints with zerk fittings, if equipped. If using Special Operating Conditions I only.
    Ball Joint
      Lubricate ball joints and steering linkage if equipped with zerk fittings.
Inspect
    Wheel Bearing
      Inspect wheel ends for endplay and noise.
    Vehicle
      Multi-point inspection (recommended). Refer to Multi-point inspection procedure.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust system and heat shields.
    Cooling System
      Inspect engine cooling system and hoses.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake lines, hoses, and parking brake system.
    Battery
      Check battery electrolyte level if using Special Operating Condition I only.
Replace
    Spark Plug
      Replace spark plugs if using Special Operating Condition I only.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Replace oil filter if using Special Operating Conditions O only. Replace oil filter if using Special Operating Conditions T, I, or D only.
    Fuel Filter
      Replace fuel filter for all Special Operating Conditions.
    Fluid Filter - A/T
      Replace the remote filter element on the vehicles equipped with the Torqshift transmission.
    Fluid - Transfer Case
    Fluid - M/T
    Fluid - A/T
      Change automatic transmission/transaxle fluid for all Special Operating Conditions (not required on 6R60 transmission). Inspect fluid level on all other vehicles, if equipped with a dipstick.
    Engine Oil
      Replace oil if using Special Operating Conditions O only. Replace oil if using Special Operating Conditions T, I, or D only.
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Replace cabin air filter, if equipped.
    Air Filter Element
Rotate
    Tires
      Inspect tires for wear and rotate. If using Special Operating Conditions T, I, D & O.
