Front Door: Adjustments

DOOR ALIGNMENT

Front Door Horizontal and Vertical Adjustment







1. Loosen the door latch striker plate.







2. Loosen the front door hinge-to-front door bolts.
3. Adjust the front door.







4. Tighten the front door hinge-to-front door bolts.
- Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

Front Door Fore and Aft Adjustment
1. Remove the insulator panel.







2. Loosen the door hinge-to-body bolts.
3. Adjust the front door.







4. Tighten the front door hinge-to-body bolts.
- Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).







5. Tighten the door latch striker plate.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
