SEAT BACKREST - SECOND ROW, BENCHPart 1:

Disassembly and Assembly
1. Remove the second row bench seat.
2. Remove the second row bench seat backrest.
3. Remove the 2 armrest bolt covers.
4. Remove the 2 bolts and the 2 armrests.
- To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
5. Slide the LH head restraint sleeve button and remove the 2 head restraints.
6. Release the J-clip.
7. Slide down to remove the backrest hardboard panel.
8. CAUTION: Use care when separating the seat upholstery from the hook and loop strip or the hook and loop strip can be torn from the seat backrest foam pad.
Separate the hook and loop fasteners.
9. Remove and discard the hog rings and roll the backrest trim cover up.
10. NOTE: The inboard and outboard head restraint sleeves are not interchangeable.
Squeeze together the tip of the head restraint sleeve and pull the sleeve out of the frame tube.
11. Remove the backrest trim cover.
12. Remove the backrest foam pad from the frame.
13. Remove the backrest release cables.
14. Remove the RH and LH backrest inner shields.
15. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
