1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove three upper retaining screws from instrument cluster trim cover, then the trim cover.
3. On Mustang SVO models, remove four screws retaining instrument cluster to instrument panel. Disconnect turbo-boost pressure hose from retaining brace.
4. Remove upper and lower screws retaining instrument cluster to instrument panel.
5. Pull cluster from panel slightly and disconnect speedometer cable and the printed circuit electrical connectors.
6. Remove instrument clusters from instrument panel, Fig. 4.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
