The procedure outlined in Article No. 83-13-19 for servicing speed control servo vibration by replacing the servo bracket is incorrect. The bracket listed in the article is for a fender apron mounted servo and not for an engine mounted servo.
Installing the new servo (using the existing bracket) is the only recognized service procedure for servo vibration under certain engine RPM's.
