Door glass breakage may occur on 1982/83 vehicles when the door is closed with the glass in full down position. The vent window division bar has been re-designed to a longer length to provide more support for the door glass in the down position to prevent this breakage.
Replace bar and weatherstrip assembly E4AZ- 5422296-A following shop manual instructions - 1983 Car Shop Manual Part 42-01.
