Customer concerns that the mylar moulding on door trim panels separate at the belt line rollover may be corrected using the following procedure and Loctite material.
NOTE: Observe all label directions and precautionary statements. Then apply Loctite Tac Pac (Part No. 00216) as required between trim panel mylar moulding and trim panel surfaces as follows:

1 . Lift the loose end of mylar moulding and apply the accelerator (included in Loctite Tac Pac Part No. 00216) to the underside of moulding. Allow 15-30 seconds drying time. (See Figure 11).
2. Apply adhesive to mating surfaces of trim panel.
3. Press moulding onto adhesive surface of trim panel and hold in position for 10 seconds.
