The 20 amp circuit breaker for the horn and cigar lighter circuit extends 5/8" below the fuse panel and can be dislodged from the panel by the tip of the shoe when engaging the foot-operated parking brake.

Should you encounter this concern, replace the 20 amp circuit breaker with a 20 amp fuse that fits flush with the fuse panel (Figure 5).
