Other Suggestions to Avoid Spraying Problems Are Listed Below

^ Floor absorbents can quickly plug filters and wands if wands are put on floor. Use a wand storage tray and clean filters regularly.

^ Oil the pump daily for proper operation.

^ Test spray each wand into an empty drum or box periodically to check for proper spray pattern.

^ The filters should be cleaned frequently. Set up a regular time to clean all filters. The time spent will prevent problems later.

^ Be careful not to apply Super Seal too thick - move wands fairly rapidly.

^ Good lighting will make the job easier.

^ Never leave the pump in an empty drum overnight. Always place in a fresh drum to prevent material drying out in the pump pickup tube.

^ Never lay the pump pickup tube on the floor while changing drums. It could pick up particles of dirt which will eventually go through the pump and clog the filters or spray tips.

CAUTION: HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM. BEFORE PERFORMING ANY WORK ON EQUIPMENT, DISCONNECT AIR SUPPLY AND RELIEVE SYSTEM PRESSURE BY DEPRESSING SPRAY GUN HANDLE.
