On subject vehicles with power door locks and power seats, the power door lock relays that are mounted under the driver's seat may be positioned incorrectly in their mounting bracket. When the power seat is in the full down position and moved forward, mispositioned relays may come in contact with the seat frame cross bar and become damaged.

Before performing the normal diagnostic procedure for inoperative power door locks, first check the power door lock relays mounted under the driver's seat for damage and replace if necessary. See Figure 12 for proper position of relays on the mounting bracket.
