WIPER/WASHER - WASHER AIM TOO HIGH

To adjust the aim of windshield washers on the subject vehicles, bend the washer nozzle sheet metal cowl grille mounting tab using the following procedure:
1. Remove the RH and LH windshield wiper arms (see Shop Manual, Page 35-60-14 for removal instructions).
2. Remove the cowl top grille attachment screws and slide the grille forward (do not remove the washer hose from the washer nozzle). (See Shop Manual, page 35-70-6.)

3. Bend the sheet metal cowl grille mounting tab downward with the palm of the hand until it is perfectly horizontal, as shown in Figure 9.
4. Place the cowl grille back into the designed position and secure the attachment screws.
5. Replace the RH and LH wiper arms.
