Excessive whistling noise during the turbocharge boost operation may be due to a split or crack in the hose between the turbo outlet and throttle body.

FIGURE 5:

Visually inspect the hose for cracks and/or splits through the hose (along the parting lines). Replace hose, if necessary, and recheck vehicle for noise.
