ISSUE: Some customers have had difficulty trying to get "Michelin TRX" (metric - rim) tires from their local Michelin tire dealer/distributor.

ACTION: The Michelin Tire Company has a National Customer Service Hotline number (800) 433-6838 to assist dealers in obtaining tires. Dealers may use this number to help customers replace TRX tires, in any size, or may give the phone number to the customer for direct contact to Michelin Tire Company.
