Vehicles which will not idle and will stall below 2,000 rpm may have a loose or missing pipe plug in the Cast Inlet Air Tube between the Turbo Assembly and Throttle Body. (See Figures 20, 21, and 22).
The plug should be tightened or a new plug installed using Loctite on the plug threads.
