The 1984 Tempo/Topaz Electrical and Vacuum Trouble Shooting Manual (EVTM) revised November 1984 shows the 14401 wiring harness ground (ref. page 10, Fig. 2, G1002) attached to the lower instrument panel reinforcement. This attachment has been changed to the vertical instrument panel reinforcement between the glove compartment and radio opening (Figure 4). The Tempo/Topaz Shop Manual "C" should also be changed on Page 34-01-2 Figure I to reflect this relocation.
