The model 6149 carburetor, Fig. 1, is a single barrel, booster type, feedback unit. The carburetor uses twelve basic systems to provide the correct air/fuel mixture under various operating conditions. The systems are: fuel inlet system, idle system, idle transfer system, main metering system, feedback system, auxiliary main metering system, wide open throttle (WOT) pullover enrichment system, accelerator pump system, choke system, throttle position sensor (TPS) system, hot idle compensator (HIC) valve system and mechanical fuel bowl vent system.
