Some 1984 Tempo/Topaz vehicles built before 7/29/83 may have front seat shoulder belt "D" rings that do not move freely. This concern may be caused by an incorrect seat belt "D" ring cover. To service this concern, using Figure 1, verify the correct cover is in place, or replace it with the proper cover.
