A clucking/rattling noise may come from the engine compartment when the vehicle is put into a hard left turn. This may be caused by the flange on the right hand engine mount making contact (grounding out) with the restraint system tab (see Figure 6). To correct this, a neoprene rubber damper should be installed over the restraint system tab as follows:
1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.

2. Using a silicone spray lubricant, spray the entire restraint system tab (see Figure 7). Spray the inside of the 4 inch length of neoprene rubber damper (hose)(E5SZ-6B086-A), then slide the rubber damper over the entire length of the restraint system tab, as shown in Figure 8.
