The 1985-86 Electrical and Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual (Thunderbird/Cougar) indicates that the horn relay is located behind the left hand side of the instrument panel (see page 145 of the EVTM). This is incorrect. The horn relay is located on the right hand side of the instrument panel above the glove box, as shown in Figure 4. Please make this notation in your EVTM.
